This policy explains the information used by the VoClone web experience and the choices available to you. It should be read together with any product-specific notices shown when you use a feature.
Account information
VoClone Web uses Google or Apple sign-in. We process your Firebase UID, email address, display name, profile image, and connected provider identifiers to authenticate you and keep your account connected across sessions.
Creative media and generations
Audio, video, prompts, voice references, generated results, and related job metadata may be stored and processed to provide the tools you choose. Account-owned media is associated with your Firebase UID and protected by authenticated access controls.
Service providers
We use service providers, including Firebase infrastructure and generation services, to operate authentication, databases, storage, processing, diagnostics, and delivery. They receive only the information needed to perform those services under their applicable agreements.
Cookies, analytics, and preferences
VoClone Web uses essential storage for secure sessions, authentication, billing access, consent records, and reliable creation workflows. Preference and analytics technologies are disabled until you explicitly enable them, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie preferences. Prompts, media, file names, and email addresses are not sent in analytics events.
Your choices
You may sign out at any time, manage generated items through Studio where controls are available, or contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of account data. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
